Well, this is my first “review” but I feel compelled because this business owner is just that good. I found the whole experience refreshing, understanding that service lacks in so many businesses these days. I filled out a contact form, and Ray got back to me right away, while on vacation. I needed a new water softener and had gotten 3 previous quotes before contact. I wanted to spend my money on a small business to my surprise, B&B quoted me the lowest price, immediate availability, and the best warranty. IF that isn’t enough, he is the nicest guy, very informative and a great communicator, another thing that’s rare these days. He even followed up! If you need service, you should definitely give them a call. Thanks, Ray! It was an absolute pleasure for something I didn’t even want to deal with!

B&B Water Solutions was great to work with. When I first called, Ray took a lot of time to walk through everything I ever wanted to know about water softeners and answer all my questions. It was not any high-pressure sales, just getting advice from a professional. When we had the softener and under sink filter installed, the team was very professional and explained everything they were doing and maintenance plans thoroughly. Ray Blevins removed old electric water heater and old water conditioner and installed new electric water heater and new water conditioner. We have used B&B Water Solutions for several years. Initially, I needed someone to work on a water softener system installed by a plumber that went out of business. After lots of rejections, B&B Water Solutions came to our rescue. He went to bat for us with the manufacturer and resolved our problems. Couldn't ask for anything better. Ray consulted on my problem, proposed a solution, provided a competitive price, called ahead of scheduled time, arrived on time, and fixed the problem. We had sulfur smell on hot water. Drained the hot water tank and replaced anode rod. Problem seems to be fixed. Good job! I highly recommend.

Ray and his helper (Eric) were here when scheduled and completed job in a timely manner. He was professional and knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. This is his second visit to our home for installation of equipment. We highly recommend Ray and his company to do an efficient job. Follow up has been excellent as well. Love this company! Ray is everything you are looking for in a contractor: He provided us with a very competitive bid, prompt Installation with no surprises showing up after getting the business and went on to completing all work as quoted both time/cost. He is old school polite and respectful leaving our home tidy and undisturbed. He quietly came in and out like he was never there, but our new softener/filter equipment appeared as though it had always been. If you are looking for honest and dependable this is the place.
